What are your standard shipping times and costs?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is also available at checkout for a flat fee of $25.
How can I return an item and what is the policy?
You can return any unworn item with original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. Returns can be processed via our online portal for a prepaid label or brought to any standalone Sandro boutique.
How do I determine my correct size in Sandro apparel?
Sandro uses French sizing. We recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide located on each product page, which provides conversions to US and UK sizing as well as body measurements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free installment payments via Klarna or Afterpay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. However, you may return the items once they arrive.
