Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached and intact.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
